bought a pair of running shoes on wed. they are so light and really helping. ran longer and feel less pain afterwards
went jogging in the afternoon. even lasted shorter than the first time… my legs still hurt like hell!! i should just jog at home everyday because my legs are so weak. then i started making Creme Brulee. but i found out the oven is broken after i prepared all the ingredients. so i need to steam it. it worked, although it took longer time and they are a little bit not solidified enough. it tastes good. i started listening to the FB effect audiobook. it is easier for me than actually reading the book. it is getting harder and harder for me to concentrate while i am reading a book :( i bought the book last year in may, hadn’t started to read it yet…
started jogging today evening. although i couldn’t go too far, i think it is good to get it started. my body is tired and sore but i am energetic (pretty sure my legs is gonna hurt tomorrow…) just find out one of my friend, which is always single like me, is in a relationship now!! OMG!!!
